Shipping Policy

Boss Brand Office Solution’s shipping policy includes all relevant information about shipping client’s Products/Orders.

Shipping costs:

Free shipping on orders above 150 AED. Customers need to pay 15 AED shipping charges within UAE only, in case the order is below 150 AED.
*Shipping costs may vary for international orders.

Handling time:

Most orders will ship out within 48 hours of ordering. For a few product shipping will take up to 3 business days and you will be notified the same over email.

VAT:

5% value-added tax will be applied on every purchase made online or offline with brandofficesolutions.ae.
